This can include reviewing existing policies, synthesising research, identifying gaps and translating evidence into practical recommendations, so that inclusion and social impact are reflected in how decisions are actually made.

Tailored, interactive training and learning programmes in inclusive leadership, cultural competence, anti-racism, equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI) and belonging. Programmes may include workshops, learning resources and facilitator materials tailored to the organisation and audience.

Public Speaking & Events

Keynotes, talks, workshops and facilitated conversations on belonging, language, identity, inclusion, leadership, representation and social change. Speaking can be tailored for audiences ranging from students and communities to senior academics, organisational leaders, boardrooms and national media audiences.

I bring senior research expertise into your organisation, university or research centre through commissioned research or collaborative projects. I design and lead rigorous qualitative and community-engaged research, work with research ethics committees, develop robust methodologies, synthesise complex evidence and translate findings into clear recommendations for policy, practice and social impact.

I contribute research, policy and social impact expertise to boards, advisory groups, advocacy initiatives and public-facing campaigns, helping organisations strengthen their evidence, sharpen their message and connect strategy with meaningful social impact.
